Congressman Jeff Flake Honors Gilbert ’s Perform Air International

Gilbert , AZ- August 17, 2009 - The recent economic downturn has caused some unexpected turbulence in the aviation industry, but one Gilbert-based business is soaring smoothly.  Perform Air International, Inc. is an FAA repair station that has been a top choice for major airlines to send aircraft components for repair. Perform Air International is honored to welcome Congressman Jeff Flake on September 1, 2009 , for the presentation of the Arizona District Export Council’s Excellence in International Business Award.   

The Excellence in International Business Award recognizes companies that have distinguished themselves by strong export sales growth, research and development collaboration with overseas partners, attraction of foreign investment, and job creation as a result of international activities, or other measures of global success.  Perform Air’s award is sponsored by United Parcel Service.

Perform Air International is an FAA and European Aviation Safety Agency registered repair station. As such they are responsible for ensuring delivery of high quality aircraft accessories and components aviation customers both domestic and foreign.
