Aircraft Hydraulic Component Repair & Overhaul

Aviation Hydraulic Systems

Perform Air International specializes in aviation hydraulic components that power essential aircraft functions.

We support actuators, cylinders, servo valves, and hydraulic control units used in flight controls, landing gear, and braking systems. These components are designed to operate under extreme pressure and require precise performance.

Each component is evaluated for wear, leakage, and operational accuracy. Our focus on precision and durability helps ensure hydraulic systems perform reliably throughout their service life.

Depth of Hydraulic Repair Capability

Our approved capabilities under ATA Chapter 29 cover more than 3,400 hydraulic part numbers across more than 60 aircraft types — from the Boeing 737, 747, 757, 767 and 777 families to the Airbus A319, A320, A321, A330 and A340, as well as regional platforms such as the De Havilland Dash 8. That depth lets airlines, MROs and parts brokers consolidate hydraulic pump, reservoir, accumulator and valve repairs with a single certified repair station.

How We Approach Hydraulic Component Repair

Incoming units are inspected and functionally tested to identify wear, internal leakage and out-of-tolerance performance before any work is quoted. Repairs and overhauls are completed to the applicable component maintenance manual, and every unit is released with the appropriate certification documentation for return to service.
